Provided is an echo canceller device in which an FFT processing unit (104) converts a received signal into a frequency domain. A received signal average power calculation unit (105) performs analysis of the received signal for each frequency band. A regularized number calculation unit (106) uses the result of the analysis of the received signal to calculate a regularized number. An adaptive filter (102) uses the received signal, a microphone input signal, and a regularized number set that is calculated by the regularized number calculation unit (106) to learn an echo path, generates a pseudo-echo, and erases an echo.
