A system is disclosed for exchanging gold assets, by means of which a negotiation centre (1) accredited by the SNF (the Brazilian National Financial System) and BACEN (Central Bank of Brazil), holding a Financial Mineral Product Certificate - Gold Ore (CPMF, (2)), develops a system allowing a duly registered gold investor (3) to access a gold buying and selling ATM terminal (5), using a specific magnetic card (4), both of which are also part of the system. Through the system, the investors (3) holding the specific magnetic card (4) can withdraw from the accessed ATM (5) gold assets (6) in the form of gold bars, gold coins, jewellery and collections, as well as gold engravings, duly monetized, or receive the value thereof in a valid currency credited to their credit card. In the case of the option which consists in exchanging the value of the certificate in valid currency, the certificate holders can withdraw their physical gold (gold bars) at the authorized agencies, using the same card. |
