COATING FILM PATCH FOR AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRIC AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE COATING FILM PATCH

A coating film patch for automotive electric and electronic devices and a manufacturing method for the coating film patch. The coating film patch comprises: a carrier-tape membrane (3) and a coating film. The coating film comprises an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane (1) and a hydrophilic group-containing coating (2) coated onto the surface of the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane. The manufacturing method for the coating film patch: manufacturing of an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane; preparation of a hydrophilic group-containing coating agent; manufacturing of a coating film; and manufacturing of a coating film patch: composite connection of the carrier-tape membrane (3) with a hydrophilic group-containing coating surface of the coating film, kiss cutting and die cutting to a carrier-tape surface, inspection, rolling, and packaging. The coating film patch is capable of fundamentally solving a phenomenon of fogging-condensation and dust accumulation in a housing for automotive electric and electronic devices, is applicable in welding connection of the housing for automotive electric and electronic devices for engineering applications, or can be bonded and assembled directly with a breathable window of the housing for automotive electric and electronic devices, and is a standardized end product allowing for industrialized manufacturing and facilitated use.
