<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of prohibiting rewriting of a program, even when communication is performed to an electronic control device from an external device without passing through a relay device. <P>SOLUTION: An in-vehicle communication system 1 includes an ECU 20 arranged inside a vehicle, and a GW-ECU 10 arranged in a communication passage 31 for connecting an external tool 50 and the ECU 20. The GW-ECU 10 stores a collation code of the ECU 20, and transmits a rewriting request of the program to the ECU 20 in response to a request from the external tool 50. The ECU 20 stores the same collation code, and determines whether a transmission source is the GW-ECU 10 by using the collation code when receiving the rewriting request. When it is determined that the transmission source is not the GW-ECU 10, rewriting of the program is prohibited, and when it is determined that the transmission source is the GW-ECU 10, the rewriting of the program is permitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
