<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruding die unit that does not require a long time for preheating a die ring mounted therein with a die and a backer, and can stabilize the shape and size of an extruded article which is to be molded during an extruding process. <P>SOLUTION: The extruding die unit 1 includes a die ring 2, and a die 11 and a backer 16 inserted into the die ring 2, and whose axes are consistent with each other. On a side surface 5 of the die ring 2, a plurality of notches 8a and 8b where at least one of side surfaces of the die 11 and the backer 16 to be inserted into the interior 6 of the die ring 2 is exposed are formed symmetrically relative to the center of the die ring 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
