The present invention relates to a high refractive and transparent siloxane hybrimer resin and an LED encapsulant using the same. The present invention provides the siloxane hybrimer resin manufactured by a hydrosilylation reaction of a cross-linking agent composed of organic oligosiloxane and an organohydrosilicon compound under a metal catalyst, wherein the organic oligosiloxane is based on vinyl-oligosiloxane containing at least one mesityl group and the cross-linking agent is manufactured by being reacted with a linear organohydrosilicon compound having a high molecular weight, thereby satisfying high refractiveness and high transparency usefully needed in an optical material, including an LED encapsulant or a light diffusing lens material.
