<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front spoiler which dispenses with surface treatment processing for making scars on a body part surface inconspicuous and is improved in light-weight property.SOLUTION: A front spoiler consists of an attachment part 11A to a front bumper and a body part 21A formed downward from the attachment part 11A with the attachment part 11A and the body part 21A molded integrally by co-extrusion molding. The attachment part 11A is formed of a resin having a higher rigidity than the resin of the body part 21A, and the body part 21A is formed of a foamer-containing resin where a resin having a lower rigidity than the resin of the attachment part 11A is compounded with a foamer. The surface of the body part 21A has a crimp-pattern 23A formed by foaming the foamer during co-extrusion molding.</p> |
