An embodiment provides a light emitting device. The device includes: a substrate; a first electrode on the substrate; a light emitting structure comprising a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer, and an active layer arranged between the first and second semiconductor layers by being arranged on the first substrate; and a second electrode arranged on the second semiconductor layer. The second electrode includes: a pad electrode arranged on one side of the second semiconductor layer; and a light emitting device comprising a branch electrode, composed of a hexagonal structure, by being extended from the pad electrode. |
