MANUFACTURING METHOD OF NATURAL VENEER FILM FOR INJECTION MOLDING

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a naturally patterned wooden film for injection molding to apply unique natural beauty of the natural woods on a injection-molded article. The method includes the steps of: coating an insulating agent on the surface of a naturally patterned wooden material to prevent thermal deformation; coating a filler agent to fill the surface of the naturally patterned wooden material coated with the insulation agent; and coating a binder on the surface of the naturally patterned wooden material coated with the filler agent to obtain the adhesion with a molding resin. The present invention can apply the natural beauty unique to the natural wooden materials to the injection-molded article by providing the naturally patterned wooden film having natural wooden texture for injection molding and enables the naturally patterned wooden film to be reliably attached to the molding resin when an injection-molded article is formed by using the binder layer formed on the naturally patterned wooden material as well as the insulation agent and filler agent impregnated in the patterned wooden material. The present invention also reduces the high pressure applied in the injection molding and the defects of the injection-molded article due to the bubble formation and deformation of the naturally patterned wooden material caused by the high pressure.
