<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing ungues of livestock. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for removing ungues of livestock which reduces impact, generated when the ungues of livestock are removed, smoothly transmits power, and can prevent overload. The apparatus for removing ungues of live stock includes: a main body which has a space unit formed on a lower portion thereof and includes a pair of support bodies installed on an upper portion thereof to be placed apart from each other in a horizontal direction with a certain gap; a driving motor installed in the space unit; a first removing roller and a second removing roller which are rotated by power of the driving motor, have end portions joined with the support bodies, and are formed in a pair to remove ungues of livestock; a first power transmission unit which provides power of the driving motor to the first removing roller; and a second power transmission unit which provides power of the first removing roller to the second removing roller. The first power transmission unit includes: a driving sprocket installed on a driving shaft of the driving motor; and a driven sprocket installed on a shaft of the first removing roller to receive power of the driving sprocket through a chain. The second power transmission unit includes: a driving body installed on the shaft of the first removing roller; a driven body which receives power of the driving body and rotates the second removing roller; a power transmission member which transmits power of the driving body to the driven body; a tension adjustment means which adjusts tension of the power transmission member; and a moving means which is linked with the tension adjustment means and enables the driven body to move vertically.</p> |
