摘要 The present invention relates to a random copolymer, which as excellent hole transport capability and is not dissolved in an organic solvent, used for arranging other organic layers in layers, because the random copolymer is stable in the organic solvent, and can block electrons well, and to a polymer light emitting diode using the same. According to various embodiments of the present invention, the random copolymer of the present invention has excellent hole transport capability and excellent electron blocking capability and can have a flawless surface. Therefore, the random copolymer is stable in an organic solvent and thus is not dissolved in the organic solvent used for arranging other organic layers in layers. Moreover, the polymer light emitting diode by thermally crosslinking the random copolymer of the present invention as a hole transport layer can exhibit higher brightness, higher efficiency of light emission than a polymer light emitting diode using PEDOT:PSS. In addition, the random copolymer of the present invention is not acidic. Therefore, the polymer light emitting diode by thermally crosslinking the random copolymer can have higher durability when compared to a polymer light emitting diode using PEDOT:PSS.
