The present invention relates to a template (10) and a system (50) for collecting data of a face of a subject. The system (50) comprises at least the template (10) and a camera (52). The template (10) comprises at least one computer-detectable element and allows to take a single image of a Fold outwards face of a subject which is positioned in an opening of the template and to derive subject dimensions of the face of the subject based on this single image.
