An in-cell touchscreen and a display device. The touchscreen comprises an array substrate (100) and an opposite substrate (200), wherein the array substrate (100) or the opposite substrate (200) is provided thereon with a black matrix pattern (210). A common electrode layer (110) of the array substrate (100) comprises a plurality of first touch control electrodes (111) and a plurality of common electrodes (112), which are insulated from one another; the opposite substrate (200) is provided with a plurality of second touch control electrodes (220), wherein the projection of each of the second touch control electrodes (220) on the array substrate (100) is located in the region where the common electrodes (112) are located. The whole or part of the region of the first touch control electrodes (111) corresponding to the black matrix pattern (210) is convex to the opposite substrate (200); and/or a whole or part of the region of the second touch control electrodes (220) corresponding to the black matrix pattern (210) is convex to the array substrate (100). The touchscreen can increase the sensitivity of touch control.
