The present invention relates to a cyber security monitoring method and system of a digital safety system in a nuclear power plant in order to detect the abnormality of the digital safety system and prepares a countermeasure by collecting the state information of the digital safety system according to a cyber attack on the digital safety system in the nuclear power plant. A cyber security monitoring method and system of a digital safety system in a nuclear power plant according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a step of collecting the state information of the digital safety system device of a nuclear power plant; a step of storing the state information in first and second communication interface units with dualization to prevent the loss of the state information; a step of collecting control information indicated in the safety system device in real time; a step of storing the collected control information in third and fourth communication interface units; and a step of determining a cyber attack based on a change in the stored state information and control information.
