PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a competition determination program that determines if objects appearing in a document information compete to each other in consideration of a history of past document information, and an information processing apparatus.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 1 includes product name extraction means 101 for extracting a text corresponding to a commercial product from text information in business daily report information 111 as a product name, competition candidate extraction means 102 for extracting texts around the product name extracted by the product name extraction means 101 from the text information as competition candidates, competition candidate filter means 103 for removing the extracted competition candidates when the competition candidates are present in dealing history information 113, and competition determination means 104 for performing determination of competition between the product name extracted by the product name extraction means 101 and the competition candidates. |
