According to an embodiment of the present invention, an intake device comprises: a ring-shaped flow path formed in a circular housing; an input unit for guiding inflow of a fluid into the flow path wherein the input unit is installed on one side of the housing; a discharging unit for guiding discharge of the fluid which is inputted to the input unit and passes the flow path wherein the discharging unit is installed on the other side of the housing; a piston for compressing the fluid inputted through the input unit while the piston is installed on the flow path and rotates along with the flow path; and an opening or closing unit for opening or closing the flow path according to pressurization of the piston by elastic members which support opening or closing members respectively wherein the elastic members are installed in the flow path between the input unit and the discharging unit and in the flow path between the opening or closing members and the flow path. The opening or closing members close the flow path by pressurization of the fluid which pressurizes outer circumferences of the opening or closing members in a flow path closing direction and by elastic force of the elastic members if the pressurization of the piston is released by the opening or closing members.
