<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To so configure a filter frame for digital cameras as not to let light rays coming incident obliquely on the filter be wholly reflected by the circumferential part of a lens holding edge, thereby to prevent harmful light rays from reaching an imaging element of a digital camera and solve the problem that such rays would invite serious deterioration of picture quality due to the occurrence of moire, spurious resolution and false color in an image. <P>SOLUTION: In fabricating a filter by assembling components comprising an outer circumferential filter frame, a filter lens and a filter lens holding spring, the shape of a filter lens holding edge disposed on the outer circumferential filter frame is so formed into a stepwise filter lens holding edge of two or more steps as to narrow toward the optical axis, the filter lens is snapped into the outer circumferential filter frame from the rear face of the stepwise filter lens holding edge, and the filter lens is fastened within the outer circumferential filter frame with the filter lens holding spring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
