摘要 <p>A pouring device for liquid state molten steel, comprising an ingot mould (2), with a hot-top (6) being arranged at the upper portion of the ingot mould, the ingot mould being arranged on an ingot mould base plate (3) and a steel flow channel (5) being arranged in the ingot mould base plate, wherein the steel flow channel is in communication with a central pouring tube (1) arranged at a side of the main body of the ingot mould, the steel flow channel is in communication with pouring ports (4) at the bottom of the ingot mould, and at least one of the pouring ports is arranged such that it is deflected away from the centre position of the bottom of the ingot mould; the pouring device for liquid state molten steel is able to improve slag entrapment during the pouring of the molten steel by means of changing the positions and numbers of the pouring ports of the ingot mould or by means of deflecting them away from the centre of the bottom of the ingot mould or by means of adding more pouring ports; and, during or after the pouring procedure, the device is able to change the flow field distribution and the temperature distribution of the liquid steel inside the ingot mould, so as to reduce the flaws of centre segregation and shrinkage of steel ingots; and at the same time the device is able to change the positions of the segregations on the steel ingots, deflecting the segregations away from the centre and near to the rolling face of the steel ingot.</p>
