The button has an actuation body (7) sliding about a sleeve (8) between a high position and a low position. A closure needle (11) is associated with the sleeve by a link (23) that is rotated on the sleeve to actuate a reversible movement of the needle between closure and open positions of an ejection orifice (10) when the body is in the high position or the low position. The needle is provided with a geometric unit that interacts with the body to exert force holding the needle in a mounting position in which the needle projects from the body to enable the link associated with the needle. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for assembling a push button (2) a pressurized fluid dispensing system (3) a bottle.
