<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual carriage for a track with excellent usability allowing movement on both of a track (railway track) and the ground (land) without hindrance. <P>SOLUTION: The manual carriage travels on a rail R to convey equipment L. In the manual carriage, an inner wheel 8 for ground traveling and an outer wheel 9 for rail traveling are provided to be coaxial with each other with a separation distance shorter than the width of a head Ra of the rail R at both right and left sides of front and rear sides of a deck 2 including a handle 1 for a manual operation.
