<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake manifold that is achieved in simplifying manufacture and improving workability in assembling to a cylinder head. <P>SOLUTION: Second branching pipe half parts 24 to 26 includes intake chamber 2 side portions which are mutually connected by comparatively large first and second chamber side bridge parts 31 and 32, and connecting flange 6 side portions which are mutually connected by comparatively thin first and second flange side bridge parts 33 and 34. When seen from an orthogonal direction to a fastening surface of the connecting flange 6 of a cylinder head 13, both the first and second flange side bridge parts 33 and 34 overlap with the connecting flange 6, but do not overlap with nuts 7 and bolts 8. Further, the first flange side bridge part 33 has an arc-shaped socket guide portion (socket support portion) 35 concaved upwardly to guide and bear a drive socket 41 where the nuts 7 are fastened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
