<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal cleanser/remover excellent in removing of a substance (particularly, silicone) adhering to hair or skin, and particularly, to provide a hair cleanser and a shampoo agent excellent in removing silicone or the like and giving no damage to hair, and a cleansing agent having high affinity with make-up smudge such as silicone and capable of easily removing silicone or the like by washing with water. <P>SOLUTION: The personal cleanser/remover comprises polyether-modified silicones respectively having HLB values of 8.0 to 11.0 and of 12.0 to 15.0, and a nonionic surfactant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
