<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping bag for sterilization which reliably detects seal defect. <P>SOLUTION: The wrapping bag for sterilization is for wrapping a wrapped object, such as medical instruments, which needs sterilization, such as an injection, uses a transparent flexible sheet 11 having gas barrier and a sterilization sheet 13 of prescribed width having gas transmission and bacteria barrier and performs bag manufacturing while wrapping a wrapped object. An inner surface on both end edges in the width direction of the flexible sheet 11 is heat-sealed on an outer surface of both end edges in the width direction of the sterilization sheet 13, and the flexible sheet 11 and the flexible sheet 11, and the flexible sheet 11 and the sterilization sheet 13 are heat-sealed at both end parts in the longitudinal direction.
