<p>The invention discloses a production wastewater treatment device which separates silicone particles from production wastewater containing silicone particles to produce clean water and effectively recovers silicone particles. The production wastewater treatment device is used for separating production wastewater into silicone particles and clean water and comprises a wastewater treatment tank for treating the production wastewater, a silicone separation mechanism for separating silicone particles from production wastewater, and a silicon recovery mechanism for recovering silicone particles. The silicone separation mechanism comprises a silicon absorption member and a cathode member, wherein the silicon absorption member comprises a plurality of upper rollers, a plurality of lower rollers, a driving roller arranged outside the wastewater treatment tank and an annular belt which is flexible and positively charged and sequentially in lap joint on the driving roller, the upper rollers and the lower rollers, and the cathode member comprises a plurality of cathode plate negatively charged and arranged on the annular belt of the upper rollers and the lower rollers. The silicon recovery mechanism is arranged outside the wastewater treatment tank, separates and recovers silicone particles.</p> |
