<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a device that includes a touch screen display and in which icons are arranged on a screen. <P>SOLUTION: A device (a smartphone, for example) 1 includes a touch screen display 2 for displaying a home screen 40 having icons 50 arranged thereon, and a controller for moving the icons 50 on the same home screen 40 when a predetermined operation differing from a gesture is performed to the icons 50.
