The present invention relates to a cantilever sensor with a slit and a biosensor having the same and, more specifically, the sensor comprises: a cantilever; a first electrode formed on the cantilever; and a second electrode formed on a plate counter to the first electrode with a slit as a center, has an electrode in a cantilever sensor with the slit, is capable of sensing with an electrical method, and miniaturize a sensor accordingly.
