The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a carbon composite mold for high temperature and high pressure, which can: provide a mold capable of obtaining high hoop strength while lessening the thickness of the mold; maintain excellent quality of a product by ensuring stability under high temperature and high pressure; and lengthen the lifecycle of the mold by increasing the durability of the carbon composite mold. The method for manufacturing a carbon composite mold comprises the steps of: manufacturing a cylindrical preform by winding through the application of tension to tightly flatten continuous carbon fabric which is finished by weaving carbon fibers in the direction of continuous warp and carbon fibers in the direction of discontinuous warp, in order to maximize the hoop strength of the mold under high pressure conditions; manufacturing a final preform by performing stitching with carbon fibers in order to strengthen the binding strength in the thickness direction of the preform and to prevent interlayer detachment; and obtaining a carbon composite mold for high temperature and high pressure by increasing the density of the final preform through a known method. |
