FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: method of processing of hydrocarbons containing raw material includes stage of raw material plasma conversion in the plasma-chemical module with arc plasmatron, equipped with hollow cathode, based on interaction between the raw material and steam-water plasma with production of the syngas, with execution of the secondary stages, i.e. heat recovery, electric power generation, syngas cleaning and compression. The method is characterized in that spent lubricants are used as HCs containing raw materials, they are pre-heated to 100-150°C, their flow is further supplied to top part of the reactor with mass ratio of the raw material flows and plasma generating gas from 1:1 to 1:2, temperature in reactor is 827-1027°C, and pressure is 0.1-0.13 MPa, then the flow is divided to gaseous and solid phases. The gaseous phase is delivered to waste heat boiler (WHB), where it is cooled by water with production of the overheated water steam used as the work body during the power generation, with further gaseous phase cleaning of COand HS, and multiple solid phase recirculation via the hollow cathode of the plasmatron in range of high temperatures, thus ensuring concentration of rare and valuable metals and their oxides at stage of the metals extraction.EFFECT: method ensures processing of the liquid industrial HCs containing wastes to valuable target products with high degree of raw material conversion, minimum environmental harm, and generation of heat and electric energy used for internal processes.6 tbl, 6 ex, 5 dwg |
