FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bread bakery industry, in particular, to bread baking devices. The device includes a mould made of a non-conductive material, a power supply system, two toroid-shaped stainless plates positioned within a horizontal plane, forming, together with the body, an enclosed cavity and resting on the guiding plug having a pressure regulation system. The pressure regulation system is equipped with a mechanism for forced movement of the plate and has an automatic control system including temperature, pressure and humidity sensors.EFFECT: invention allows to stabilise the bread baking process through automatic pressure, temperature and humidity regulation on the side of bread being baked.1 dwg |
