PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake system capable of suppressing discomfort of a brake operation element.SOLUTION: A disc brake 81 presses a brake pad 84 against a disc rotor 4 in accordance with a M/C liquid pressure supplied by an electric booster 21 and a master cylinder 11, and generates a brake force. An electric parking brake mechanism 91, in accordance with the operation of a parking brake switch 96, operates a W/C piston 83 of the disc brake 81 and generates a parking brake force to the disc brake 81. If the electric parking brake mechanism 91 is actuated during brake operation, the electric booster 21 controls an electric actuator 27 so that a fluid volume inside hydraulic circuits 54, 54' becomes constant. |
