In order to enable out-of-band radiation to be restrained within a prescribed range of a spectral mask without causing transmission signal power, etc., to decline even when radio communication is performed in a white space by using OFDM, etc., the present invention is characterized in being provided with an RF circuit characteristic analysis unit, a multipath delay detection unit, a digital filter setting unit, and a transmission power setting unit, and further being provided with a windowing function/windowing length selection unit for selecting a windowing function and a windowing length, a guard interval length selection unit for selecting a guard interval length, and a transmission power selection unit for selecting transmission power, the selections being made on the basis of the result of analysis by the RF circuit characteristic analysis unit, the result of detection by the multipath delay detection unit, and settings made by the digital filter setting unit and the transmission power setting unit. |
