<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of adhesive anchor using a capsule for fastening anchor body, which enables even an inexperienced worker to easily conduct construction work and can achieve a uniform anchor performance. <P>SOLUTION: A capsule 1 for fastening anchor body, which consists of an inner tube 3 containing cement powder and an outer tube 2 containing viscosity hardening agent made of water, bodying agent and the like, is inserted in a hole 51. Mortar is produced as an anchor body 4 crushes the inner and outer tubes and stirs their contents. In burying and fixing the anchor body 4 in the mortar: a tip 41 of the anchor body 4 is formed at approximately 45°; mortar leak suppressing implements 42 including an O-ring are attached; the ratio of water to cement is 0.3 to 0.5; the ratio of the aggregate of the crushed capsule 1 for fastening anchor body including the outer tube 2 and the inner tube 3 to cement is 1.0 to 3.0; and the clearance between the hole 51 and the anchor body 4 is 15 to 30% of the outer diameter of the anchor body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
