<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation defoaming device which gives a sufficient agitation defoaming performance to whatever the object to be treated. <P>SOLUTION: The agitation defoaming device includes a vessel for storing an object to be treated. The vessel is configured to be capable of both rotating and revolving. The device also includes: an acceleration control unit 17 for accelerating up to a specific speed after starting at least one of the rotation and the revolution of the vessel; a stop control unit 18 for stopping by decelerating at least one of the rotation and the revolution of the vessel; and a speed change control unit 19 for changing at least one speed of the rotation and the revolution after the acceleration control with the acceleration control unit 17 and before the start of stopping control with the stop control unit 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
