<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-isolating connecting rod which is excellent in assemblability, and hardly causes manufacturing failure. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration-isolating connecting rod 10 includes a rod body equipped with a first cylinder part 12a and a second cylinder part 14a, a first vibration-isolating bush 18 provided to the first cylinder part 12a, and a second vibration-isolating bush 20 provided inside the second cylinder part 14a. The rod body caulks and fixes a first metal plate 34 and a second metal plate 36 which is overlapped with the first metal plate 34.
