<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser light source device and an image projection device in which speckle noise can be reduced sufficiently.SOLUTION: An image projection device 1 includes at least one laser light source device 2, and uses the light emitted from the laser light source device 2 as the projection light. The laser light source device 2 includes a plurality of light sources 3 for emitting laser light, and a light guide body 5 having a plane of incidence 51 on which the laser light from the plurality of light sources 3 impinges. The plurality of light sources 3 are sectioned to a plurality of laser light source groups 6, for each size of the incident angle of the optical axis A3 of laser light to the plane of incidence 51, and the larger the incident angle of the laser light of the laser light source group 6, the larger the average value of polarization ratio of the laser light of the laser light source group 6.</p> |
