PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for food addition, inhibiting contact dermatitis, and a pharmaceutical preparation, a food product, a beverage and an external skin preparation, inhibiting contact dermatitis through external application to the skin or oral ingestion.SOLUTION: A composition for food addition, inhibiting contact dermatitis is obtained by using as the active ingredient, a water soluble soybean isoflavone material by finding out that soybean isoflavone shows an excellent contact dermatitis inhibiting effect. A contact dermatitis inhibitor, and a contact dermatitis inhibiting food product and beverage are obtained by using a water soluble soybean isoflavone material as soybean isoflavone, and contain 60 wt.% or more of a malonyl isoflavone glucoside, based on the soybean isoflavone total amount. Furthermore, the contact dermatitis inhibitor contains 50-95 wt.% of a malonyl isoflavone glucoside and 5-50 wt.% of isoflavone excluding a malonyl isoflavone glucoside, based on the soybean isoflavone total amount. |
