The present invention relates to a method for extracting a maximum content of ginsenoside from damaged wild cultivated ginseng, in which mineral activated water obtained by distilling sea spa water is included, and a low temperature vacuum extracting process is performed on frozen and dried wild cultivated ginseng by using the mineral activated water as a solvent, thereby extracting a maximum content of ginsenoside.
