A method for manufacturing bio-concrete for water purification using hydrophilic fibers and industrial byproducts comprises a curing step for reducing the initial elution amount of alkali of mixing a forming composition including 16.4-22.0% of a binder per a unit volume, 12.9-17.3% of usable water per a unit volume, 55.5% of aggregates per a unit volume, 5.0-15.0% of pores, and 0.2% of a hydrophilic fiber in low speed by a mixer for three minutes, mixing in high speed for five minutes, putting into a forming frame for formation, curing at 60°C in a steam curing chamber for 12-24 hours, and curing at room temperature for 7 to 30 days. According to the present invention, a hydrophilic fiber reinforcing agent is used to obtain bacillus microorganism and a space for adsorption and reproduction of microorganism, and improve hardness and durability so that the fiber acts as a sponge and affects sintering shrinkage and drying shrinkage cracks, thereby improving hardness and durability.
