<p>The present invention relates to a feed additive composition which includes saponin, including dioscin, contained seeds of Trigonella foenum, as a main ingredient, and a dried saponin product, which is obtained by treating saponin with enzymes, includes aglycon and diosgenin as main ingredients, and is processed to have a low molecular weight in order to enhance productivity and quality of eggs. More specifically, the present invention relates to a feed additive composition including high molecular saponin including dioscin as a main ingredient and a dried saponin product, which is obtained by treating the high molecular saponin with enzymes, includes diosgenin as a main ingredient, and is processed to have a low molecular weight, and to a feed additive composition for egg-laying hens which contains 0.045-0.090% of a Trigonella foenum extract with a high saponin content. The low molecular saponin including diosgenin as a main ingredient is developed as a feed additive by removing glucose from saponin and is used for feed for egg-laying hens. Therefore, high quality eggs, which, more specifically, contain saponin of high concentration can be produced. New values are added to dioscin and diosgenin by adding dioscin and diosgenin, which are ingredients contained in the seeds of Trigonella foenum which has not been used for feed. In the development of functional eggs, eggs containing saponin of high concentration are developed by inserting the low molecular saponin containing diosgenin into feed by using an enzyme treatment, which is an unprecedented novel method. Therefore, new values are added to eggs and income of farmers can be increased.</p> |
