An apparatus to pelletize a sludge is disclosed. Provided is an apparatus to pelletize the sludge comprising: a hopper to supply sludge; a main body connected with the hopper on one end to store the sludge, and arranged with a discharge unit to discharge the sludge on an other end; a rotation axis extendedly installed inside the main body in the longitudinal direction of the main body, and arranged with a penetration hole inside in the longitudinal direction; a plurality of screws to transport the sludge to the discharge unit side with respect to a rotation of the rotation axis by being coupled to the rotation axis; and a hot air supply unit to supply hot air to the penetration hole inside the rotation axis to dry the sludge by heating the screw.
