PURPOSE:To save waste by reducing a part where no flexure is formed on a metallic plate and to be eliminated by etching or press by effectively forming and using the flexure smaller than a load beam. CONSTITUTION:A large number of flexures 2 are provided by coupling their one ends with the metallic plate. When the tip of the load beam 1 is abutted with the flexure 2 to perform laser spot welding, they are held fixedly. Namely, the utilization of the metallic plate with saving the waste can be attained by abutting a remaining flexure 2 with the tip of the next load beam 1 by moving the metallic plate coupled with the flexure 2 rightward and leftward after the tip of the load beam 1 is abutted with the flexure 2 and applying the laser spot welding. At such a case, it is advantageous to the abutting of them to also set the flexure 2 with the equal intervals since the load beam 1 is provided with equal intervals. In such a way, it is possible to reduce the part where no flexure 2 is formed on the metallic plate and is to be eliminated by the etching or the press. |
