PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation fan which inhibits inflow of outdoor air into a room and thereby improves discomfort caused by the inflow of the outdoor air, reduces a load of an air conditioner, and achieves energy saving. ! SOLUTION: A flange 9 of a body frame 3 is provided with multiple hooking part 9a which allow a shutter 16 to slide on the flange 9 and guide the shutter 16 to an attachment position. Further, the flange 9 is provided with a first step structure 9b located at a slide entrance side end part into which the shutter 16 moves, the first step structure 9b extending in a direction intersecting with a slide direction. A second step structure 18j which may contact with the first step structure is provided at a rear end part of the shutter 16 when viewed in a moving direction of the shutter 16. !
