Disclosed is a connecting pipe fitting for a pipeline, comprising a nut (3), a joint (1), an outer frustum (5) of the joint and a connecting pipe horn mouth (7), wherein the nut (3) is provided with an inner conical hole (10); a snap-sleeve (8) which is used in a cooperation manner is provided in the inner conical hole (10) of the nut; the snap-sleeve (8) is a hollow snap-sleeve hole; the bottom of the snap-sleeve hole is provided with an inner conical hole of the snap-sleeve; the inner conical hole of the snap-sleeve is composed of an inner cylindrical hole of the snap-sleeve (8) and an inner conical hole horn slot (15) of the snap-sleeve; the inner cylindrical hole (14) of the snap-sleeve is provided with a sealing conical surface; a conical oblique angle (18) of the snap-sleeve is formed by a snap-sleeve hole wall (19) and an outer conical oblique surface (17) of the snap-sleeve; the outer frustum (5) of the joint extrudes the sealing conical surface, so as to achieve the sealing of the conical surface; the outer frustum (5) of the joint extrudes the connecting pipe horn mouth in the inner conical hole horn slot (15) of the snap-sleeve, so as to achieve the sealing of the horn slot; and the inner conical hole (10) of the nut extrudes the snap-sleeve (8), so as to extrude a connecting pipe to achieve the sealing of the snap-sleeve (8). The present invention has the characteristics that the sealing connection is convenient and fast, the requirements of a sealing process are low and the sealing performance is high, and the present invention can be used for the connection of low-hardness thin-wall metal pipelines made of different materials, and has the absolute interchangeability with a connecting nut in the prior art. |
