PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To update in a high speed a value of a register that holds a value of a coded block flag (CBF).SOLUTION: Before starting processing for each coded tree unit (CTU) in a picture, register values holding CBF values are all initialized to a predetermined initial value. Only when a decoded value of a CBF value is different from the initial value, a register value is updated to the decoded value. |
