PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively compact and efficient micro-concentrator solar array for converting light into electrical energy which can adjust MEMS based reflectors on the basis of the position of a moving light source.SOLUTION: A micro-concentrator solar array includes a plurality of solar cells 22 and a plurality of micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) based reflectors 30. Each solar cell may include a focal point. The MEMS based reflectors are each selectively tiltable about at least one axis to reflect a beam of light onto the focal point of one of the solar cells.
