[Problem] To provide a cured-film-forming composition suitable for forming a cured film having excellent liquid crystal alignment properties. [Solution] Provided are a cured-film-forming composition, an alignment material formed using said cured-film-forming composition, and a phase difference material, said composition containing: (A) one or more monomers having a polymerizable group, and a group having a photo-alignable site and a thermal-reactive site; (B) at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of (B-1) to (B-3) [where, (B-1) is a polymer having at least two of at least one group selected from the group consisting of a hydroxy group, a carboxyl group, an amide group, an amino group, an alkoxysilyl group, and a group represented by formula (2); (B-2) is a self-crosslinkable polymer that is thermally reactable with the thermal-reactive site of component (A); and (B-3) is a melamine-formaldehyde resin]; and (C) a crosslinking agent.
