An embodiment of the present invention relates to an indoor locating features library establishment method and device, the method comprising: receiving a plurality of first measurement data sent by a plurality of first user equipment (UEs), and using identification information of the first UEs contained in the first measurement data to select a plurality of first measurement data having the same identification information of the first UEs; when the first UEs are indoors, obtaining location information of a plurality of access nodes where the first UEs are located according to feature information of the plurality of access nodes contained in the selected plurality of first measurement data; determining indoor location information of the first UEs while the first UEs are obtaining the first measurement data according to the location information and the feature information of the plurality of access nodes; and using cell identification information and signal power values of a plurality of cells, and the indoor location information of the first UEs to establish an indoor locating feature library. |
