摘要	<p>Introduced is a method for removing a glint. For this, the present invention includes a step of checking the gray level value of an iris region adjacent to the glint where image information indicated, in the image information of photographing an eye; a step of correcting the glint by using the gray level value; and a step of removing the glint existing in the iris with the corrected glint. The step of checking the gray level value splits the image information into pixels, sets a reference pixel in the glint and determines whether the gray level value of adjacent pixels around the reference pixel is in a range of the gray level value of the iris region, calculates the average value of the gray level of the adjacent pixel included in the range of the gray level value of the iris region, and checks the gray level value of the pixel.</p>
