The present invention relates to a sealing apparatus of a cargo pump for a ship comprising: a shaft connecting a hydraulic motor and an impeller, and rotated by a hydraulic oil provided inside thereof to operate the impeller when the hydraulic motor is operated; a first cargo seal fixated and installed to surround an outer circumferential surface of the shaft, preventing a liquid cargo from being introduced to be leaked to a cofferdam; a second cargo seal disposed on a lower portion of the first cargo seal in a longitudinal direction of the shaft where the liquid cargo is introduced to form a lubrication chamber area; and a supply pipe connected with the lubrication chamber area, forming a supply path to enable the loaded and unloaded liquid cargo be moved to the lubrication chamber area.
