<p>Disclosed is a method for making a bar rice cake using a seed of a chili pepper. The method comprises the following steps: soaking 1 kg of rice for 8 hours; grinding the soaked rice or preliminarily grinding 100 g of chili pepper seeds; secondarily grinding the ground rice after putting 100 ml of water into the preliminarily ground rice; and steaming the secondarily ground rice in a steamer for 20 minutes, and putting the steamed ground rice in a forming machine and pressing out the same. The present invention can provide visual effects to a consumer since the bar rice cake has an orange color due to the chili pepper seeds. In addition, the bar rice cake does not need additional seasoning to make a spicy flavor when cooking food such as stir-fried rice cake or a rice cake soup by using the bar rice cake; and various medical effects can be expected by useful ingredients of the chili pepper seeds.</p> |
